Surprise Patrol Field Trip Leads to Sam Biffar's Award Announcement

The Surprise Patrol took a field trip to the UA Farm at Campbell and Roger to present the award Samantha Biffar.  Samantha’s son joined in the celebration arranged by her colleagues.
